How I discovered them and why I bought them (scroll to bottom of post to see before and after results and overall opinion)
I never really thought I had bad coloured teeth but after watching a lot of beauty YouTube videos over the past few years or so I’ve seen that so many Youtuber’s are now on that band-wagon to get white teeth. This got me rather intrigued so I decided to start searching around for reviews then shortly after, where to buy the product. As I live in the UK Crest products aren’t available here so I looked on eBay.
eBay was the best priced option available and there are more strengths to choose from. I opted for the Advanced Vivid ones as they aren't too strong which I thought would be safest to chose due to having sensitive teeth. Once I had found these gems on eBay, I looked for further reviews to see if anyone else had bought them from there as you can easily get scammed and to my surprise, I found HoLlYsAmAnThAa had made a video all about them and had got hers from eBay. Click here to watch the video. Although I didn't buy them from the same seller as her the seller I got them from had a great feedback score so I went for it.
(There are so many different types of strips to chose from but if you're like me and have sensitive teeth, I think going for the Advanced Vivid ones would be great to start out with. If not then you may as well go straight on to Professional Effects.)
Application
I applied the first strips on 11.00am on the Tuesday I received them for 30 minutes
as instructed.
I also advise these tips for application as these helped me a lot.
- Dry your teeth with a tissue to ensure your strips will stick.
- Use your finger nails or cocktail stick to gently press the strip into the gaps of your teeth.
- Try not to brush your teeth before or after whitening. If you need to then leave 2 hours prior to whitening teeth after brushing as well as waiting 2 hours before brushing teeth after treatment. (The fluoride can damage the enamel even more)

As I found I didn't get much sensitivity with these at all, I applied two every day since the Tuesday, one in the morning and another in the evening. If you do find you get sensitivity do not do any further treatments until the pain has well and truly gone or you'll be in agony. Throughout this treatment I only drunk water as fizzy drinks, pure fruit juice drinks, tea and
coffee stain teeth so have avoided them completely to achieve maximum results.
Before and after results
Please bare in mind that I have never had braces so my teeth aren't the nicest (I have an overbite but the dentist always told me I didn't need them so now I have wonky teeth liar!) These images have ONLY been cropped and no further editing has been done although different lighting may not show accurate colour.
So comparing the 'Before any whitening' to the '6th whitening' you can definitely so how much they whitened my teeth. I am so impressed with the results, especially for £20.95!
